Upstairs and Downstairs
the comfort of the room and space. everything you could need for a quick stay. location was excellent. close to tube station and some lovely restuarants. as well as a sainsbury local and tesco express. the reception staff helped take bags up to the top floor. I really appreciated that. the basement room was clean and comfortable as well. Just quite narrow and limited ventilation.
i was on the 3rd floor. please be aware that there are no elevators. the stairs are very narrow and steep. it is not for the faint hearted or for somebody with mobility difficulties.

You could hear too much from the corridor. Bathroom window was pretty dirty. No elevator.

A comfortable basic hotel with a great location
A great location, close to Paddington and Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little small for 3 adults but we made it work and the beds were comfortable.
